What we collect when you ask for a quote, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Airdrie Basements is a referral service run by Lead Ranch in Calgary, Alberta. We follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
The details you type into the quote form: your name, phone, email, town, and your project, budget and timeline. If you call us, we record the number you called from and the time of the call. If calls are recorded, you’ll hear a notice at the start.
We use analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. This uses cookies and doesn’t identify you by name.
How we use it
We send your request to one licensed basement builder who serves your area, so they can contact you about your project. We may follow up once to ask whether the builder reached you.
We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing quotes@airdriebasements.ca.
